DEFINITIONS
Versatility Inhand: This class is intended for those horses that are not yet, or no longer, rideable, either due to their size, age, or disability. It may also include handlers who are new to versatility, and will not be competing in any other divisions under saddle. The horses that compete in this division will not be able to compete within any divisions under saddle.
Green Horse: A horse that has 2 yrs or less of experience in the given division. After the horse has had 2 yrs of Green Horse experience, it is expected to be ready to move out of the Green Horse Division. A horse that has not been competed in the given division for several years, yet has previously been shown successfully within that division in prior years (even if by a different rider) is NOT considered a green horse.
Novice: A rider who is not proficient in the given division. This person is expected to move out of the Novice Division if they have successfully competed
